We are affiliated with the TruJitsu lineage under Matt Baker, the IBJJF Master Worlds Champion in 2019. Jed Lehman leads the team in Cary, North Carolina.
Our style is a hybrid of traditional and new age BJJ, with advanced guard techniques as well as a heavy emphasis on wrestling.
We are a very open-minded school, always welcoming new ways of grappling. Additionally, we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly academy that offers classes for children.
What Should You Expect?
