About Verity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We are affiliated with 2019 IBJJF Master World Champion, Matt Baker, founder of Trujitsu.
The main instructor at Verity BJJ is Jed Lehman, a long-time competitor, with over 15 years of experience. Jed currently holds a brown belt. With a passion for both jiu-jitsu and wrestling, the style complements both.
There are 4 teaching days for adult BJJ classes in Cary NC. Those are Monday through Thursday, with additional open mats on Friday and Saturday. Click here for our schedule. The Verity BJJ Kids class is each Wednesday from 5:00pm to 5:45pm.
